Site is 100 m west of Highway 49, on top of hill near road turnout, with a small rock outcrop in space between road and turnout. Dense Chamise-Whiteleaf Manzanita stand, with consistent litter and small sparse herbs in understory. Hilltop and surrounding hillsides are similarly dense.; Site history unknown.
